Matter Integration - Coming Soon
Matter integration is coming soon!
We’re thrilled to share that it’s currently in development, enabling compatibility with over 20 RF motorized blind brands. In the meantime, you can use this guide as a reference to understand how the integration will work once it’s available.
Smart Controller models WC100 and C-R200 aren't compatible with Matter due to differences in design and capabilities.
Neither the QR code on the bottom of the Smart Controller nor the one on the box is the Matter QR Code. Please follow the instructions below to locate the Matter QR Codes for your Smart Controller.
Before starting any integration, we recommend renaming your rooms and blinds in the app. This will make it easier to use voice commands later on.
Minimum Requirements
Alexa or Google Home
For Google Home and Amazon Alexa, we recommend using our direct integration. No additional devices are required.

Accessing your Smart Controller Matter Codes
Open the Integrations page
Open the Neo Smart Blinds app. Go to Menu > Integrations and select your desired platform.
Note: The integration process is the same for each platform, but you'll be provided with specific help information and links for each one.
Check Smart Controller’s Matter Compatibility
Your Smart Controller will display one of the following:
Matter: Compatible
You’re ready to proceed to the next step.
Matter: Update Required
If your Smart Controller needs an update, tap Update Smart Controller. This process takes a few minutes, and the app will display the update status. Once completed, it will show as Matter: Compatible.
Matter: Not compatible
If your Smart Controller isn’t compatible with Matter, it still supports other integrations like Google Assistant, Alexa, and Siri Shortcuts (but not through Matter).
Access Matter Codes
Each Smart Controller has its own Matter codes. If you have multiple controllers, repeat the following steps for each one:
Tap Access Matter Codes to open the Matter page for your Smart Controller.
- Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Smart Controller you are integrating, as indicated in step 1 on your phone. You can switch networks after the integration.
- Press the R button on the bottom of the Smart Controller case.
- Tap Copy Matter Setup Code, or print the screenshot of the page and use your phone's camera to scan the QR Code.
- In the Matter-compatible app, tap Add Device and select the option for Matter-enabled devices.
- Follow the app instructions to paste the Matter Setup Code. For an overview of this process, you can check our documentation for Apple Home and Samsung SmartThings.
