Check External Blue Link (Bluetooth Dongle)
If your blind uses an external Blue Link (Bluetooth dongle), confirm that it is properly connected to the blind’s motor. Read this article for step-by-step instructions on installing the Blue Link to the blind's motor.
Check if the Blind’s Motor is Powered On
Battery-Powered Blinds
If there is a switch on the motor head, make sure it is set to the ON position.
If there is no switch, hold the motor button for 3 seconds until the blind moves. Then press the button once.
If the blind doesn't move, the battery may be drained. Charge it for a few hours and try again.
Wired Blinds
Make sure the motor is properly connected to a power source (e.g., power supply or external battery).
