If your blinds are moving at random times, even after all schedules have been deleted, this issue may be caused by corrupted memory or old schedules still stored in the Blue Link dongle. This guide walks you through a process to fully clear these schedules.
Why This Happens
The Blue Link dongle stores scheduling data directly in its memory. Sometimes, especially during initial setup or manufacturing tests, schedules may remain stored or partially deleted. This can cause blinds to move at unexpected times.
How to Fix It
To fully clear any hidden or residual schedules from the blind’s memory:
-
Add Temporary Schedules
Add new schedules until the limit of 4 schedules is reached.

Disconnect and Reconnect to the Blind
- Exit the blind’s control screen.
- Reconnect to the blind through the app.
-
Delete All Schedules
Go back to the schedules page and delete all schedules you just created.

After Completing the Steps
Once this process is complete, the Blue Link’s memory should be fully cleared of any old or corrupted schedules. You can now begin creating new schedules with confidence that previous ones won’t interfere.
