Neo Smart Blinds Support Guidelines

The Smart Controller works with over 20 motor brands commonly used by many blind manufacturers. While Neo Smart Blinds designs and manufactures motors and automation solutions like the Smart Controller, we do not manufacture or sell motorized blinds. Because of this, we are unable to provide support for blind-related issues.

Even if your blinds are equipped with Neo Smart Blinds motors, your first point of contact should be the store where you purchased the blinds. They are responsible for customer care and warranty services (if applicable). In rare cases, the blind manufacturers or dealer may redirect you to us. If this happens, please include a summary of what they said when contacting our support team, as it will help us assist you more effectively.

For issues such as:
  1. Setting the blind limits
  2. Blind not working with their remote control
  3. Pairing the blind with the handheld remote control
Please contact the store where you purchased the blinds. Some branded setup codes in the Neo Smart Blinds app may have their information under Menu > Tech Support.

Info
Don't know where the blinds were bought?
Check for the company name:
  1. On the front or back of the remote control
  2. On the back or top of the headrail
  3. Behind the weight bar at the bottom of the fabric

AlertTroubleshooting blinds issues in the Neo Smart Blinds app is only possible if the blinds are already working correctly with their original remote control. If you’re blinds aren't working properly via remote control, please see the topic above, Blind related issues. Once that is resolved, contact our technical support if you still experience Smart Controller or app issues.

For our contact details, support hours, and office closure dates, please visit our Contact page.

When reaching out, please have ready:
  1. Smart Controller serial number, found on the back of the device or in the app under Menu > Smart Controllers
  2.  The handheld remote control for the blinds, if you need assistance with pairing blinds to the Smart Controller

Smart Controller compatibility questions

To check if your blinds are compatible with the Smart Controller, please see this page for a guide and a list of supported remote controls. If your remote is not listed, or if you still have questions, please email our technical support team at tech@neosmartblinds.com with:
  1. The brand of your blinds or where from you purchased your blinds
  2. Clear front and back photos of each different remote control you use with your blinds
  3. If you already own a Smart Controller, please send us its serial number, found on the back of the case and in the Neo Smart Blinds app under Menu > Smart Controllers
