Controlling rooms/blinds from multiple devices

Controlling rooms/blinds from multiple devices

The Smart Controller can only be associated with one account at a time.
  1. If you Add the Smart Controller to another account, the original account will lose control of it.
  2. This ensures there is no conflict between accounts when sending commands to your blinds.

How to control from multiple devices

If you want to use more than one device (phone, tablet, etc.) to control your blinds:

  1. Install the Neo Smart Blinds app on each device.
  2. Sign in using the same account credentials on all devices.

This way, you can use your Smart Controller to control your blinds from multiple devices without losing access.

Keep in mind that only one device can make account changes at a time, such as editing, saving, or deleting blinds, rooms, schedules, and scenes.
