The remote control no longer works with one of my blinds

Possible reasons why a remote control may stop working with blinds it was previously paired to:

  1. Blind motor has no power: Make sure the blind’s battery is charged.
  2. Remote control battery is low: A weak battery can cause some commands to fail. Test if the issue happens only with one blind or randomly. If random, replace the remote batteries and test again.
  3. Blind or remote lost pairing: The blind’s memory may have been cleared, or the remote channel was unpaired. Pair the remote to the blind again.
For remote control instructions, refer to the article for your remote control’s model series, which is printed on the back of the remote.
