Syncing the blind's internal clock
This feature requires the Neo Smart Blinds Blue app version 2.7.4 or later.
Not sure if you have the latest version of the Neo Smart Blinds Blue app?
If your blind’s schedules are running at the wrong time, the Blue Link’s internal clock may need to be updated. This can occur when there has been no manual blind control through the app for an extended period. You can also use these instructions to update the blind’s time if your Blue Link does not support the Daylight Saving Time feature.
To update the internal clock of an specific blind:
1. Tap Tap to connect.
2. Tap the three-dot menu (upper right).
3. Select Sync Blind Clock.
To quicker update the internal clock of all blinds, one at a time:
1. Tap Menu (upper left).
2. Tap Update blinds.
3. Read the information, then tap the button Ok, got it. Tap the Clock tab.
4. For each blind, tap the button
Sync Clock Info. If the button is greyed out, move closer to the blind to stay within Bluetooth range.
